You folks are quite agile boat-jumpers! Last weekend I replaced the seat rollers on our rower, and decided to try a 6k PB. I was pleasantly surprised with the result - managed to knock 22 seconds off my time, now just above 24 minutes. Not sure whether it had anything to do with the rollers, but it probably helped at least psychologically...
