Quick update for Trish
Bill will have his mobile out in a minute but he is okay. He pulled out the ligament in his back partway through the race. He is up and about now, Kimberly has got some a cold strip on him and we will take good care of him the rest of the day.

Like the others I have been having a great time meeting up with others. Thank goodness for Team GB...eating with another overweight lightweight (Chris Wheatley) and our own Bangers (who is not overweight but cautious) on Friday was a bit of relief.
