Got some funny looks in the gym doing this one! The machine was bouncing all over the place. Finished in 2:18:3 to float the 1st boat for Free Spirits. Splits were 46.0, 45.7 and 46.5. I was hanging on for dear life in the 3rd split, felt like I was crawling over the finish line and quite surprised ...

Really enjoyed this distance and managed to get my average splits under 1:50. Hopefully if I keep at it I'll manage a sub 7 2000m sometime this year.
