1500m with 60s rest is harsh - hope you're not too rough Spider.
Definitely veered into a max effort in the 5 and 3 minute reps. My HR max is looking like it will be tested - This week has bite.

Having said I don't like 18spm....
Running a little hotter than last time through, but it fitted well into the purpose.
