that’s quite enough for today on the Erg still need a session on the turbo to make my weekly target

Having spent a few sessions targeting the come back kids (Strider) split of 1:58 and then going and injuring myself ffs I just did a paddle through to a 858m. well done team.

Pushing on a bit today with an hour of power targeted a little faster than my last session of 50 minute 10k. The last 10 minutes proved rather tough as I wanted over 12500m. 800+ Nonathlon points so happy to get a little nearer to Iain

Zwifting on Tuesday evening easy 1 hour group trundle. Wednesday mid day Erg 10k steady Erg target under 50 mins, Mat it’s never a good idea to hit the deck I try never to do it. Speedy recovery matey

Yep certainly feel all this is a group effort. Sunday at the giro, was a sad yet a happy day for the Brits for G and Cav what a great gesture from G to lead him out, made me quite emotional watching that. Another tough session today on the 5k plan.

Thx Iain I guess it just proves my 2k/5k are well soft at this moment in time. All I really want for this season is to better 800 nonathlon points on all time/distances that I attempt, and most importantly keep injury free. Well done on the 50k by the way.

I feel that I’m getting back into the swing of things at last and it’s really motivating to join you guy's here. So after a short session on Zwift last night at zone 2, this morning was my first mid tier session on RA 5k gladly it was tough rather that hard.
