@1:58.5 15.185 meters, str 26 DF121. After that a 5K in 21:28, str 20 DF110

After a lot of getting in shape crab, I finally managed to do something serious !

3x250m/r2 ctc in 2:08.6 and after that I did 30min. In pace sub 2:00

Oh my God ! Haven't been training much for over a month i.e. since 14. Dec., only did a little some days ago. Went down and did 21099 meters in bits and pieces ! I'm totally out of shape! :lol: #-o I've been putting all my training at risk. I'm back at the beginning !

I am sure that was particularly satisfying Milkkel! Excactly! Actually I'm not fighting H.B. but a danish guy rowing very fast, he is 50 and lightheavyweight (only 82 kg.) He is from a wellknown rowing club, so I suspect that he is some kind of eliterower just starting on C2. Well he can't be a beg...

After a 5K in pace 1:48.3 last Wednesday, I feel I'm on the right track with Today's 7K in pace 1:50.1 ( no sprint ) This is the same as a pace 1:40.? on 2K.

500 m SB today :D 1:25.9, which is 0.1 sec. faster than last season, and I just had about 2 weeks pause from training! 8)
