There we go, steady 10k 38:06.7. Tried to maintain a 24spm but the splits were 25/25/24/24/25 so I guess that'll be 25 :?

Nice session spidermac - a negative split is a negative split, no matter how slight. If I could pace myself better to make -.1 per split, I would :!: However, I have the same issue in that the first few splits are always too quick and then I suffer in the last, exactly what happened yesterday: 4*150...
