Why creatine? I may be wrong but I don't think that will help combat DOMS - it is only useful for very short, explosive activity - it's usage will make your muscles look bigger but that will mainly be water retention. Another good training week for me, again no rowing and less swimming volume

Mon: Swim 2000 m
Tue: Swim 2000 m
Wed: Walk 33.5 km
Thu: Swim 2200 m
Fri: Swim 2500 m
Sat: Walk 41.5 km
Sun: Swim 5100 m(my longest pool swim for over 4 years)

Okey-Dokey - this one doesn't appear in my thread search is is from one of my all-time favourite film soundtracks... "And all the leaves on the trees are falling To the sound of the breezes that blow" It's a bit difficult to pull lines that aren't either too big a clue or are too obscure ...
