didn't get on the scales this week because I know the result was not what i would have wanted to read.

Having said that...very happy to be back on the metre board and inching my way up it.

2x 5k today.

Set off on first 5k with intention of trying to go sub 21 for first time in ages.

Felt good at halfway so decided to attempt for sub 20.

Came in in 19:57.4.



V v happy with that.

Second 5k was 22.09.2.

It feels great to be erging properly again.

Dropped almost 3kgs this week. :mrgreen: Unusual to have such a steep weight loss when I've already been losing weight, but I must be doing something right.
