I was just starting to feel the goodness of rowing. my little 6K's were not so much of a burden as........well.....fun. Today, I visited the Orthopod. I have not been able to straighten my knee for a few months and, well there is some pain. Funny thing is it does not bother me to row. I am shortenin...

I have appointments from 7:am until 11:pm tomorrow.

Here is the plan. I will try and row 5K at midnight tonight and another at 11:30 tomorrow.

A little odd, but that should get it done.

One note here... I was have trouble with my Polar HR monitor. Could not get a reading. Called C2.....they sinply mailed me a new belt, transmitter, receiver, wire and an entire rebuilt PM3 monitor.....with a nice note saying to simply return what I don;t use. This company is truly first class. P.S. ...
