Two and a half years ago I did 1,000,000 metres in 68 days this latest million has taken 911 days but it does take my total to 10,000,000 ..must try harder! The next million by the end of the season?..who knows.. but I doubt it lol

I'm up for a go not fit enough to be one of the scoring 8 at the moment but its a good incentive and what an achievement if I make it into the boat

5k 21:23.3 again I felt like I was working hard but feel there is more to come

2k 8:22.3 started out at 1:59 pace but my shoulder did not like that so eased back until there was no pain held mostly 2:06s for the full 2k stressful but felt if my shoulder would allow it I could go faster
