Whoaaa, very frustrating, Plummy :!: I´m quite shocked with the physio not doing "hands-on" things... The 3 options... Hmmm... To me not very likely that your back is going to heal miracously overnight... :^o Personally not gr8 on epidural stuff... I was very reluctant in ICU, but ...

I hope you are still making forward progress Erik Thanks, Dave :!: And you are absolutely right :!: Since starting on the parenteral nutrition last week I feel I am getting more energy - and I guess that was...

So glad to hear that your open heart surgery went well!

My impression is that recovering can require some patience, but nevertheless wishing you a very good recovery!

Re: November ctc - a simple 10k!

No joy on another try at this one.. I pushed out 2k at the "right pace" but just didn't feel it -- was using damper 7, it was maybe just a little too hard. Tried the same thing with damper 4, it's too much work to get the same pace ... I suppose my usual 5/6 is just about where it's best ...

"October CTC as voted for by MAD Team is a 200m sprint. No slides allowed. "

That sounds like a real(-lly) MAD challenge... :fswink:
