Banged out another ranking session this morning, just trying to keep the momentum going. 1 minute following a 2k wu.

Decided to try a 100m ranking row today, nothing silly but did push on a bit upped the df to around 120, quite surprised to rank at 100 in the world so a little challenge for you, please don’t injure yourself but what have you got?

500m target 800 Nonathlon points 794 achieved ffs so will have to go again.

Time is running out for this seasons Nonathlon so today's effort was a 6k with a Target of 800+ points.
