Anything above a couple of km and the headband goes on. Sweat in your eyes really stings and is a major irritation at a time in a row when you probably don't need any other distractions. Thx for the reply’s guys what I tried to put over was six individual 2000m so no intervals ( hand downs are allowed if you’re completely toast) and you have 2 months to post your seasons best. I suggest a starting target one minute over your current seasons best and reduce 10 seconds each session ...

22/25 the usual WU/CD for a treadmill session, well done all on the 10k chart. I tried to get the 5k chart uploaded but couldn’t get it to work so would be grateful if someone could explain the process I tried a copy and paste but gathered there’s something else involved

5am rather you than me mate the pleasure of retirement erg anytime any pace just trying to keep consistent 2x CTC sessions used the first one as a wu for a fast proper go in the second one but not today so just took it easy maybe next time.
