Re: 2020 weight loss thread

After 3 days off training with a head cold that went south and a resting heart rate that went from 53 to 88 :( I'm feeling much better to day. :D weighed in this morning at 91.3 kg. probably not a true reflection of where I'm at but reported in anyway.

Re: Indoor Rowers League 20/21

I give up - exactly like last year I have gone round in circles for 30 minutes trying to do the most simple thing (click on a new team name) and I'm in an endless loop of it telling me that my name/e-mail/password has been used before so use a new one etc etc etc... Similar thing here with the anti...

Re: September ctc - 5k, standing start, unrestricted

My daughter Jo did her 4th. row and 2nd 5k ctc today that in itself was a huge achievement as she was well and truly on the bottom of the list, her target to get off the bottom needed a 5 min+ improvement, pleased to say she absolutely smashed it.

Well done Crushy you did it matey. I remember having a long hot bath after my first marathon row and really having problems getting out afterwards. Then after the Paignton event having a dip in the cold sea it still hurt for days afterwards but hey that's a marathon for you.

Week 4 completed all sessions.
2x 2500m/2:00r target 2:31.0
2500m 2:23.8 r24 133 feeling good so why not.
2500m 2:23.5 r23 147 forgot to put the fan on so over heated hence the elevated HR really enjoyed that session I do seem to like it on the hotter side.
