Small reduction but happy it's still coming down
Thanks Jon for your concern, after a fortnight laid low with clogged up lungs, I felt half fit for a go at the mile. After a very steady warm up with about 10 stop/starts targeting a build to 2:10, off I went with Paul Vs time in mind, try as I did I still failed, nothing new there then :lol: 6:56.8...
After 3 days off training with a head cold that went south and a resting heart rate that went from 53 to 88 I'm feeling much better to day. weighed in this morning at 91.3 kg. probably not a true reflection of where I'm at but reported in anyway.
