Re: May CTC - unrestricted 2 minutes

That's a very strong 2 minutes, Mikkel. =D> =D> =D> I see your name is appearing twice on the CTC. What happened to cause that? Thank you Paul ! Simple: my name is twice on the list, and at my first login, I choose the lower name, and on the second time I couldn't remember which and took the upper....

Re: May CTC - unrestricted 2 minutes

I don't think you can go all out on this like you would for a 500m attempt. It's bad enough flying and dying with 100m to go, but running totally out of steam with around 45 seconds to go sounds like a recipe for disaster. Excactly ! If you can go 1:25 for the 500 you can forget about going 1:27 fo...

Oh my God ! Haven't been training much for over a month i.e. since 14. Dec., only did a little some days ago. Went down and did 21099 meters in bits and pieces ! I'm totally out of shape! #-o I've been putting all my training at risk. I'm back at the beginning !

Re: Training towards a 6:20 2k

I am sure that was particularly satisfying Milkkel! Excactly! Actually I'm not fighting H.B. but a danish guy rowing very fast, he is 50 and lightheavyweight (only 82 kg.) He is from a wellknown rowing club, so I suspect that he is some kind of eliterower just starting on C2. Well he can't be a beg...

Re: Training towards a 6:20 2k

After a 5K in pace 1:48.3 last Wednesday, I feel I'm on the right track with Today's 7K in pace 1:50.1 ( no sprint ) This is the same as a pace 1:40.? on 2K.
