Re: Projections in Meterboard

I like it Jon. As you say, "days active" can be bang on accurate for some like me who upload metres on the day but for others it only means "how many times did I upload metres?" It's a better tool now in my opinion.

Re: Injuries.....:(

Diagnosed with a right-side shoulder rotator cuff injury by a physio yesterday after 4~6 weeks of extreme pain if I move it at just the "wrong" angle. 90~95% of movement is ok but 3 times in the last 2 weeks I've managed to hit that wrong angle/stretch and it's left me in agony for 45 min...

Re: recap on 20/1 and targets for 21/22

Thanks for starting a thread Iain. I did think about it but as I had so little to contribute and things have been a little "fraught" recently the whole thing just passed me by. Last year for me was one of little to no achievement on the erging front. I managed a singular green in the Meta-...

Liefcat - you’ve lost me I’m afraid. There is no pace element to this, it is just a 200 second sprint.
Agreed - just gun it for 200 seconds and go as far as you can. It'll still hurt like hell (depending on how fast you go of course)

Re: Anyone had any SEASON's bests recently?

SB by default today as I finally managed to find some stickability and park my patoots on the erg for long enough to complete a HM and get me a full set of Nonathlon scores. It was a horror show with multiple stops but I'd made my mind up that that was ok and inevitable to "just get it done&quo...

Welcome Freddie - that's a very impressive rowing CV you bring with you. Very much looking forward to seeing your "scores on the doors" for any challenges you care to join in with.

Great to have you on board and thank you for introducing yourself.
