You're there Ian on line 52 - all resplendent in red lettering. Not sure why you need to ask permission to view - as you say it should only be for editing. Maybe one for Thomas-WP to check...

Good luck to all three of you. I've been getting pipped on the meterboard by Colette recently so I know she's been putting in the training metres.

Looking forward to the write-ups

Re: October ctc - 666 meters

I tend to get a CTC in early so it's done and out of the way (as I rarely have more than one go). I was thinking anything 1:50 pace would be good and anything lower a bonus so I was surprised with my 2:20.7 (1:45.6 pace). There might even be a tad more in the tank.

Re: Indoor Rowers League 2019/2020

Did that yesterday! Changed my password and finally I can see it. That said the link I clicked was "Team Competition Rankings" where I was looking for "8on8" which I'm sure is what it used to be. Anyhoo - seems to be ok for now - cheers m'dears.. :-)

OK - I'm lost. Why can others see my score and I can't even see a link to the 8on8 (or my score) anywhere?

Re: Indoor Rowers League 2019/2020

I can see Guys amazing row on the individual score table but cannot see the Free Spirits team entry at all - nor can I see a tab/link to the 8on8 competition (maybe those two things are linked)?

Is my 1075m visible to anyone else?

Well done Colin. You were still highlighted in red - are you the only person who's moved another million up in recent weeks or did I just forget to change your colour back to black?

Re: Indoor Rowers League 2019/2020

That's what I was doing but it simply never saved the changes I made. I figured the picture inset was to create a new team hence me not doing anything more with it.

My last attempt earlier appears to have finally accepted Free Spirits and saved it..?

Re: Indoor Rowers League 2019/2020

I definitely selected Free Spirits - double checked it - but will go back and triple check it :-) OK - here's the thing. I've changed it (4 times now), saved it - but it won't accept the change. Every time I go back to my profile, it has reverted back to Team Philip....suggestions on the fix for thi...

Re: Indoor Rowers League 2019/2020

Same here. Two teams would be fun, but no bother to be left out if we can't manage it. And if you get a few last minute takers just throw me in a team. I'm miles from anyway with no rower in sight, so I put a distance in before I left home just in case. Louise That shows the kind of commitment we l...

Re: Injuries.....:(

That's a scary report Zoot - but glad to hear it wasn't as serious as it could have been and that you have been diagnosed. You seem to suffer far too many knock-backs for one person :-( Re the cost - that's where our NHS and single payer systems work around the world. Total cost for all your tests a...

Re: Name that tune

It is Africa. I was beginning to doubt the lyrics myself with no one getting it: First 4 lines are: I hear the drums echoing tonight (this would have been too much of a giveaway) But she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation She's coming in, 12:30 flight The moonlit wings reflect the stars ...

Re: Injuries.....:(

Did that - they said it was tendinopathy but I think there was some muscle damage as well. After about 6 days of it being very painful it eased enough on Thursday to allow me a 5k trial and it didn't react so I went ahead and raced anyway. It wasn't my armed that slowed me down but my wonky techniqu...
