Not done quite as much early in the week as intended but another improved 2 x 1k last night and my first 2k time trial tonight. Well, I dragged the rower out of storage (cracking start eh?). Surprise surprise, the batteries were dead, so just finished recharging them and plunged headlong into a 1k. 5:14.7 and slightly out of breath. Psychologically this is way beyond the physical achievement, just getting on is a big victory ...

Well the achilles tendon trouble has almost sorted itself out, so I am tentatively hoping to get back on the rower this week. No chance of doing this challenge unfortunately.

Ive done the first weeks total, but now have a problem with the achilles tendon. Not sure if its rowing related, but its painful. Not as bad as yesterday so some hope of improving further.
