Great to hear from you Paul!
Done 4 sessions now, each 2k time 2 with 3 mins rest between each. The last session (yesterday) was the best so far and started to see some improvement. Not going to push too hard too soon but will gradually ramp up the distance. Current pacing is around 2:25 (ugh!).

Added all of the above except RogerB - you need to join the nonathlon site in order for me to add you.
Ill check every couple of days or so.
