Re: Tapatalk Access Disabled...and Enabled again

Yes, Jon, all fine! Chasing an all green Meta-Nonathlon by having PBs all across the board :-) Only lacking 4min, 500m, 1000m, 6000m and 10k Good to see that you are doing fine as well (not only coding wise) but ahead of me in the Nonathlon but also by 1 point in the IRL for October :-) Fortunately ...

British Rowing Virtual Championships

As I was told that others might appreciate it I would like to share one of the experiences that I can thank the lock-down for: My first ever official rowing event, the British Rowing Virtual Championship 2020. https://www.britishrowing.org/events/events-calendar/british-rowing-virtual-championships/...

Re: Meterboard 2 - bugs and feature requests

This “feature” has always been there. In the mornings (you are probably right with 8am CET) it always showed the meter from the day before for the day you check for everyone, the totals are correct though. And it fixes itself.

Re: Nonathlon 2021

Great job John! Now I am convinced that you are better suited for the job than me! Keep going!!

Stan, could you please remove me from the team, as I am now competing for a different team?

Success and fun with the Nonathlon to you all!

Maybe not flat out, but not much more in the tank at the moment.

Mat’s and Morten’s pace are definitely out of reach!

Re: Last year of the Meteboard? / Meterboard3?

Is there really no one with the right skills, the dedication and time to take over from Thomas? I really would like to do it, although I can only fulfil 1,5 of the above requirements, but the last weeks have shown me that after a strong start I have failed to find the time that is required to dig in...

Re: Heptathlon Challenge

Well, I guess sometimes it is better to be older :-) For the Heptathlon I reused the gold medal from the Rio Olympics challenge. However, the script I normally use seems to have an issue with the Heptathlon, maybe as they split between erg types, so I had to stop the auto update for now. Will run la...

Very nice Fred! Congratulations on a good score; no way I will get any Nonathlon score over 899.

Re: Heptathlon Challenge

Isn’t a Heptaphlon normally done in two days???
Did the missing 10min, 6k and 10k today.
So all 7 done, where only the 6k gave a slight improvement for the Nonathlon.

Well 5 days left to improve the scores.....

Re: Heptathlon Challenge

Well done John!!! Congrats on the 3MM I used 4 of the 7 to fill up my Lifetime meters to 9,200,000, which I started logging when I joined C2 logbook exactly 4 years ago, that means an average of 2,300,000m every year. No great times, but I got them done: https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200601/79c...

Re: May ctc - 1‘, standing start

Thanks Max!
Yes, pretty jumpy these short sprints.
To be honest, I already expected you to enter a last minute score! ;-)
Somewhat relieved to see it was shorter, as it has been a while since I was in Boat 1 on the last day.
Hope you get back to regular rowing soon!

Re: Heptathlon Challenge

Didn't manage it anyway (back already beginning to ache), but wondered whether we had the half-century challenge set up on the metereboard (I think unlikely anyone did teh Century, although surprising how many did worldwide!). WIll start this and see how the back holds up! - Iain Last time I checke...

Interesting podium so far: [emoji1179][emoji1179][emoji629]

Re: Nonathlon 2021

Well, with RowPro you can make it a bit more bearable as it will prevent the PM from timing out when you take breaks for stretching, eating.... As I saw you post screen shots from RowPro you might consider it. I do mine each season now during the C2 marathon challenge weeks at the start of the seaso...

Nonathlon 2021

I've rowed all distances I wanted to row this season, the rest of the season I can try to improve the results. Well done Fred! Same for me. Also already improved some of them, but no chance to make 8000points. PS just checked your Score; Great Numbers !!! So you take over the lead easily. But you a...

Sounds to me that you will continue Stan :-) [emoji106][emoji122] Hope you get your erg soon!! I fully agree with almost everything you said; however, personally I think that if one does not contribute the meters to the team then why at all sign up? Example: On the c2 log honour board there is curre...

Anatomy of a Rower

Really impressive and motivating! I really wonder what pace the PM was showing during the testing. Olaf Tufte, mentioned as one of his inspirations, was supposed to go to Tokyo for yet another olympics; his 7th!!! I saw him in a talk-show with his wife and they were asked whether he will keep on row...

Re: JUNE CTC - Free Spirits to choose

The first proposal I find a bit long, so what about
7min-5min-3min-1min with 90sec rest?

Or if one wants all the first prime numbers you can add an additional 2min in there.

When is the deadline for sending the final proposal?
