Continuing with 10k sessions: I think I wanted this to be easier than it was..... Mental effort seemed to be the thing to keep to the rating (that graph doesn't lie).

Felt in the mood this morning, so I had a 5k test: Gave myself that first 1k to settle and negative split from there. Really happy to have snuck under 19 minutes.
