I didn't get around to doing the 3x2K with a rest period this month so I put in a straight 6K time that I did on the 10th of Feb in order to float another boat.

I do need to be sensible about managing my energy levels - my fastest 10,000m is 52.46.2 ( October CTC 2016 ) and I know that realistically, it would be impossible for me to achieve that sort of pace for very long.
