Maybe we find some rowers, last year similar situation, too many for one boat, and to less for two... a litte bit advertising could help- and after all it was really great with 2 teams...

And a fatigue fracture ? Difficult to make a diagnosis without examination...but looks like a acute process with sudden beginn- i would also advice to rice schema: rest , ice, compression (diclo-bandage) and elevation maybe a xray to rule out a fatigue fracture, maybe vary the footstrap- is the pain...

well done ...the first boat is floated...and the 2nd full of Lwts is waiting for a woman to float ! Felton- thanks for the target - and really brave for 2 attempts so early this month. Had a go this afternoon, thought about a overall pace of 1.47.5, after seen Feltons result decided to stay sub 1:47...

my times would be slower than last year- but keeping my weight below 75kg makes me a Lwt the whole challenge - so extrapoints guaranteed ;-) !

Hello, sorry missed my report for the may challenge - wanted to do a 2nd go for it but it didnt worked out...so no is june and this is really a incrdible terrible beast...started the first with exact 1:40 and 1min result for the 300m...RPE ~6 try to stay under 1:40 pace for the rest- well that worke...

PS I don't know how you high stroke rate folks do it. 36 for Claudius? 30-31 feels crazy fast to me. Hello...when the batteries is getting weak of the heartstrapp I usually get artefacts...so like in my today's 2nd go...do you know your HR max ? Sometimes i got readings like 240...but 192 could still be realistic...here my 2nd attempt

strong efforts so far for this last 500m...had a go on tuesday...was a bit annoyed about several "things"- so just grabbed the handle....and thought: this is a sprint- isnt it ? so you do a fly and die...to make the trouble air...and exactly so was the result....
