Re: APRIL CTC - single 1500m

PS I don't know how you high stroke rate folks do it. 36 for Claudius? 30-31 feels crazy fast to me. Ok the 36 on the last split: with a less good tecnique due to fatigue, but 34 on a 1500m piece for me feels good, i am not that strong to produce powerfull relaxed strokes, Drag was 132, on longer p...

strong efforts so far for this last 500m...had a go on tuesday...was a bit annoyed about several "things"- so just grabbed the handle....and thought: this is a sprint- isnt it ? so you do a fly and die...to make the trouble air...and exactly so was the result....

And i couldnt resist to look for the winners - may...

Re: Indoor Rowers League 2018 / 2019

FSG Hello, i had a go for the 10 k yesterday in my lunch hour. I had a few options in my mind: a negative split -2 from 1:59 - 1:51, a submaximal 39min, or a full go - decided to do the full one as usual- but thanks to your warnings of HDíng i decided to back off after the first 2k - just a bit - so...

Bike erg in Germany 1200€, paid for the 2017 tacx neo 1000€, but you neednt a bike for the bike erg, and adjusting the seat post and handlebar is very easy and quick on the bike erg- good if more family members want to ride on it !
