For me it was being helped by Plummy,who pointed out that I was bringing in the arm pull to early.this was at grimsby this year,since putting this into my training I PB.ed at BIRC and at a lower spm. Clive....

Hi Dave,I am interested in the time it takes the heart to slow down to warm up level,before we start the next interval.In the CT.program it gives rest times for UT1,AN,AT,TR? my interest at the moment is how others find this guidence,and if it works for them.I know not every one uses a heart monitor...

For me it can be only 2or3 mins.when I am doing AT. or AN. INTERVALS,that is using HR. at warm up level as guide.The problem is,if I go for the next int.at 3min.I find the energy has not replenished to the right level to complete next int.but if I give it 5mins.I am ok.SO THOUGHTS PLEASE,how long is...

Hi all,like most of my racing I come in last,but for me,the battle was with my race plan based on recent training,and that went exactly right =D> plus a PB.so well pleased.A real good team spirit yesterday made it all worth it.Roll on Manchester..

Have just noticed that on my 10.45 race there appears to be another lwt.diffrent age group on my machine G15. should I let them know when I get there,or do you think they may have sorted it!.Has anyone had this problem before....Clive

Last year at Grimsby was my first race,no real training at all before just working out at the jym.So did all the wrong things.ie.fly and allmost die.Did I enjoy it O Yes,and still do.Se you all at BIRC.if I can find my way round all the runners..

Good to here from some one else that has looked at there protein intake and found a short fall, perhaps some FS.could check out there own protien consumption levels and post the results here. Clive.
