No Rowing

I've not rowed, or done much of anything else for about a month now. Relapse will see me out of commission for a while longer I'm afraid. Two steps forward, one step back.

Ugh. A week away with no choice but to eat in restaurants and little exercise. Not a healthy combination.

Back to it today.

Week 3: +2.5 lbs (-1 total). 63 km (2:18 avg)
Week 2: -1.5 lbs (-3.5 total). 105 km (2:19 avg)
Week 1: -2 lbs. 115km (2:27 avg)

List of all people who rowed 2 or more FM during the challenge. Congratulations to Boris for being in that crazy list ^O^ =D>

The most number rowed was 10. :shock: He was obviously lazy, taking 5 days off like that. :lol:
