Thanks Mike, had a look back at the screenshot from my 5k pb in 2016 and I was rating 30/31 for that. I was a bit more heavyweight then as well, maybe around 82kg. I would definitely benefit from rating much higher as I have less power than before but I'm just not used to it at the moment.

Strapped myself in this afternoon for my monthly last minute attempt at the CTC; weighed in at 76.5kg this morning so not quite lightweight yet but figured I would target Ian Bee's time.

Went out positively but had to back off in the 3rd and 4th ks while still keeping it within range of a 'sprint ...

Managed a last day entry of 4079m to get all 7 boats floated [emoji3]

Well done everyone so far, left my entry a little late but at least it's over quickly.
