Managed a score of302m which was pretty hellish especially as I'd just done the CTC about 3 minutes earlier [emoji3]

Having come down with norovirus after Christmas wasn't sure I was going to recover in time but managed 19:53.2 today without killing myself - new years resolution to row a bit more in 2023. Happy New Year everyone [emoji3]
