Manchester Indoor Rowing Championships

I do weights twice a week as part of my training. One day is squats and the other is deadlifts then mixed with both days is accessory work like bent over row or single arm Db rows which I believe are the best for the back. Thanks for the advice Dan, the SPM is something i need to work on, coming from a Squating/Weightlifting background i tend to use more power with lower SPM.

What Drag setting do you use Dan, i have always had it on 7 which i believe might be to high?
