Easy row today as it's cold and wet outside and my body feels "creaky." Don't know if that's a word but I'm sure there are some of you that will know what I mean. Had negative splits; happy about that.

Hi all. Yes it's been awhile all started by crazy overtime in Aug. Lots of recreational trips with the flu and an eye injury in between. So things will settle a bit here over the holidays and hopefully I can maintain a few days a week on the erg. Paul helped me out with an invitation for a RP ...

Struggled a little but decided just to go a pace that was sustainable. Now a tired back and knees a little sore. Your invite and RP helps with motivation until I get back in routine again.
