Easy row today as it's cold and wet outside and my body feels "creaky." Don't know if that's a word but I'm sure there are some of you that will know what I mean. Had negative splits; happy about that.

Wow, took a day off and the boat floated without me! Oh well, feeling a little sore from my biking, so today an easy row for me. Great job ladies! :D

Not too hard but RP pooped out after 4x500. Just did the last 2 intervals as "just row."

6X500: 28:26 Whoops! Forgot to subtract the rest time. Oh well.

So things will settle a bit here over the holidays and hopefully I can maintain a few days a week on the erg. Paul helped me out with an invitation for a RP sessio...

Struggled a little but decided just to go a pace that was sustainable. Now a tired back and knees a little sore. Your invite and RP helps with motivation until I get back in routine again. THANKS!

Thanks again for the invite Paul. Today was ok, struggled a bit to get my rhythm, but you can't expect to feel the same after such a layoff.

On another note……. how do you download the meters from RP dierctly to the C2 log?
