Can your C2 utility save logs to the computer? If that worked ok, it could be an issue of the C2 web site.

Re: Anyone had any PBs recently?

The new year's eve row was a 7:35.4 2km time trial after Fletcher's warm up per Paul's advice. As I had expected, it didn't break 7:30 but was a PB (the previous one was 7:46.2). I'm satisfied as I haven't done any 2km-specific training recently. 95% of my rowing in the last couple of months were LS...

Re: Anyone had any PBs recently?

jj, I think you should leave it for 3 or 4 days before attempting a 2k time trial. Do a couple of days gentle recovery rows and consider doing an Eddie Fletcher warm up before the 2k. http://www.concept2.com.au/app_cmslib/media/lib/0703/m5454_v1_eddie%20fletcher%20warmup%202k.pdf Thank you Paul for...

Re: Anyone had any PBs recently?

Great job, Laura!
I rowed my longest single distance so far, a HM, in 1:29:54 on last Sunday. I was glad as my goal was sub-90 minutes. :-)
How many days should I rest before taking the 2km test?

Re: Holiday Challenge 2013

I'm glad that I got the 200k done today by rowing a HM. :-) Two of my three goals in 2013 have been accomplished. Will do a 2k test before the new year. There is little chance for me to break 7:30. I will be satisfied with a PB.

Re: Lifetime Millionaires Club

I am so far behind you guys. Anyway, I accomplished one goal of year 2013 by crossing the mark of 1 million lifetime meters last Saturday. The next goal to nail down a HM before the new year. It should not be tough after completing the 200Km holiday challenge. A real challenge to me is to reach 5Mm ...

Re: Why did you join Free Spirits and why do you stay?

I joined FS when I was looking for a team last year. At that time, FS and AWL were two big target teams. I joined FS because I liked free more than aging. Also, the meterboard has been inspiring even though I have always been on the lower part of the board. I enjoy reading posts in the forum a...

Re: Holiday Challenge 2013

I didn't notice that we were losing 6 days comparing with last year. Last year was my first holiday challenge. I met my goal of 100Km. My goal of this year is to hit 200Km. I laid out a plan on the paper. It seemed a lot of rowing for me. Hope I will be able to make it.

Re: Holiday Challenge from C2

You guys rock! =D> I have 57k to reach 200K with 4 scheduled workout days remaining. I don't think I can get a pin this year. Had i started the beginner training plan one week earlier, I would get a pin. Anyway, it's my first year participating in the holiday challenge. Completing 100K is not bad. :)

Thanks all. Plummy, I put my goals in the signature as they were not secret. :) 2013 goals: 1million; 2k 7:30; 1 HM. 1. lifetime meters reach 1million meters. I have about 630Km to go. I'm in the second week of the 24-week Pete plan beginner training. If I can follow the plan, I should be ...

Re: WELCOME to New Members

Hi everyone! This is a warm greeting from JJ rowing in California, USA. I've been doing indoor rowing on and off for a few years. Now I've got a C2 at home and started to follow Pete's beginner training plan. Hopefully, I will be able to accomplish my three goals of rowing in 2013 with som...
