Thanks everyone for the welcome backs, and concern. It was only the teres minor muscle, not all 4 (thankfully). It is so good to be able to row and do weights again, however I had forgotten about DOMS :lol: Before the end of the month, possibly next week - I will have ago at this months CTC :fsbgrin:
