Thanks - it's going slow and steady but we are getting there. Trying to build up distance and will be trying to start speed training again next week. Thanks everyone for the welcome backs, and concern. It was only the teres minor muscle, not all 4 (thankfully). It is so good to be able to row and do weights again, however I had forgotten about DOMS :lol: Before the end of the month, possibly next week - I will have ago at this months CTC :fsbgrin:

I am not sure if you are left handed or right Paul, I doubt mine was worse, surgery was never mentioned - (had some pretty harsh physio though) but it was unfortunately my dominant arm which was what made things more difficult. Injury

After returning to my rowing in December, and getting back to speed training - I couldn't even finish the season. The last row I did was 27 March :( until this week. I sustained an injury to a tiny rotator cuff muscle in my right shoulder and have only been able to go back to rowing and the gym last...

Bennie and the Jets - Elton John - This I know was on The Goodbye Yellow brick Road album - which I had on vinyl in my youth. Whole album constantly played and recorded on cassette tape in order to take it back to school (record players not allowed in boarding school :lol: !) (hope's she's not wrong...
