Hi guys, I entered a 6000 meter time Saturday. The challenge looks fun and I can fill in a boat if you need more people.

Re: European Rowing Indoor Championships 2020
Thanks Peter quite happy with the time, almost the same as last year. It was tougher competition this year and I am gjetting old . Hope to get under 6.40 in Paris next month. Must work with the middle of the 2000 meter I am giving away seconds there.

Re: BRIC 2019 - Dec 7th
Yes I was quite frustrated when I discovered 5 days before BRIC that the airline had changed the schedule without notifying us. When I was checking alternative airlines it was to late, the prices was skyhigh. I will be back next year :-) In my opinion BRIC is the best indoor rowing competition durin...

Re: BRIC 2019 - Dec 7th
Fantastic performances guys, I had to withdraw this year due to airline trouble (the airline rescheduled the flight from friday to saturday). I have refocused and will compete in Euro Open the 11th of January in Prague.

Re: BRIC18
Thanks for the write up Max. I followed your race carefully, you had an fantastic finish, I was afraid that the hard start had filled your legs with lactic acid. This year I was very uncertain about my chances to come under 06.40 as I have had some lower back problems and haven't been able to go as ...

Congratulations, fantastic racing from three of you. I hope I will see all of you at BRIC in a few weeks time.
I am planning to attend the European Championships in Copenhagen Tako. I know there are a few other Norwegians planning to go as well.

Re: Free Spirits CTC Participation and Leaderboard
I am not to confident that I can hold my position Fred, short sprint tends to end up in lower back injuries. I have to be carefull this month, I do not take any chances and end up with a injury in the final weeks before BRIC.

I'm slowly getting back into the swing of these ctc's (unlike the stalwart members here who have consistently been putting in superb efforts). I was pleased to be kicked out of a temporary seat last month by Morten and impressed with Erik's significant improvement (in his signature style of repetit...

Thanks for the kind words Tako and Paul. I was very surprised when I saw my name on the third place in the display. But I think I played my cards well by not start to fast and save the juice for a good finish.

I am quite satisfied with the time considering it ...
