There goes one excuse for crap performance
Do you sit with your hips equidistant from the footrests, or do you end up with one leg slightly bent at the end of the stroke?

Cabo de gata, Spain, as always (wife is from there). Get up early, bike ride, shower & down to beach for a bit. Up from beach, lunch, loooooong siesta, another bike ride then dinner.

Thanks for the welcome. I have used a Concept 2 and think they're great pieces of kit - I went for the waterrower for the reasons I've given.
