Did 5K today. My previous 5K race was in September, and the result was 19:45.0 with the average pace 1:58.5. Tried L4 workouts couple of times by now. Both times - 16 and 18 spm. It's reeeealy hard for me to row with such a low rate without pausing at the finish. I can do 18, but 16 - no sir.
