Thanks for rowing so we could float our boat Barbara!
You're welcome Janet! Lots of rain here in California, which means I should be erging more but instead have been huddling under the warm covers #-o Nice to have an actual winter!

Good job to all.

Wow! Trip sounds amazing. And your guess is close enough for me, the title is Into the Mystic.

Had forgotten that song until there was a story on NPR about foghorns, and they played it to close out.

Your turn, weather permitting!

Santa was kind and brought me a polar HR chest belt so I'm also getting reacquainted with watching heart rate. For recovery rows, agree with plummy, but I'd also pick a comfortable low rate like 22 an...

Yes! And thanks for the grammar check  Much better.

Wizard of Oz was on after Thanksgiving football, which made me think of the song -- but I always found the Hawaiian version more compelling.

Sorry about the back & shoulder woes Ron & John. Boris I incurred an avulsion fracture, not the same as yours. But a rowing friend of mine did fracture her 5th metatarsal on a similar fall. She got back to rowing after recovery time, but one side effect she had was that she overcompensated for the i...

I've never done the nonathlon.

I would prefer not to log scores for this IRL season unless you really truly need a body. Just a lot going on this year, and feeling quite overwhelmed as it is.

Thanks.

Excited to see new female entries. Tell em thanks Dave! And nicely done to the regulars as well! I did a typical klutz maneuver 2 weeks ago and fell of a curb 3 days before leaving for an OTW race event. :( Luckily no broken bones, just bruises and an "avulsion fracture" on the right side of my righ...
