Re: Injuries.....:(

Agree with you we vary a lot in what works best for different bodies. I feel best (at this point in my life, anyway) on a diet similar to what you describe. It's a diet that takes planning & effort and is not inexpensive.

Thanks to you both for sharing.

Re: Name that Film

This film is called "Won't You Be My Neighbor" about Fred Rogers aka Mister Rogers. Interesting backstory to my childhood memories. Tom Hanks plays him in an upcoming feature film.

Anyone else can put up a line, I've had the mic long enough... :D

Timing wise a good guess but no, this is a documentary. Feature to be out on the same referenced individual, but later this year.

Re: Name that Film

Hmmmm. Ok lets see... recent movie that had me tearing up on a flight from Los Angeles to Atlanta. Makes for awkward moments when the flight attendant asks if you want a snack and you're busy bawling 8-[  “He’s not only who he is on television, he’s actually even better in real life.”

Wow! Trip sounds amazing. And your guess is close enough for me, the title is Into the Mystic.

Had forgotten that song until there was a story on NPR about foghorns, and they played it to close out.

Your turn, weather permitting!

Hi Marta! Great to see you enjoying the erg after surgery and jumping right in to the CTC. Welcome! Santa was kind and brought me a polar HR chest belt so I'm also getting reacquainted with watching heart rate. For recovery rows, agree with plummy, but I'd also pick a comfortable low rate like 22 an...
