Re: Name that tune

I started off by saying I'm sorry, but I was hoping that at least someone would understand how I think about these things, and make a guess about the artist based on Fred's song. In a last ditch effort, here are the first two verses. "I'm sorry, so sorry That I was such a fool I didn't know Lov...

Maybe a bit more will help?

"So sorry
Please accept my apology

Re: Happy Birthday Peter

Thank you all.

A good day - special breakfast made by my wife, and then dinner with a friend who has the same exact birthday (day and year); we have been friends since 1954!

Thank you Peter. :) Something written very recently on here, gave me the idea for this one. Some are happy some are sad Oh ... we got to let the music play Jill, as you might say, "I heard Lionel Richie singing All Night Long ". I am not sure what was written recently that gave you the id...

Re: Name that tune

Thanks Jill. We actually landed yesterday afternoon, rather than on Sunday night, but at least we and our luggage did get home. I had a song stuck in my head and was going to post it, and then this one displaced it. If I remember the other one, I could put it up if I get another turn!...

I know the title since I googled it. But, I don't know if anyone who did not look it up will answer it here, even if you wait four or five years!

I suggest you post another song, and we will try to know it.

Re: Name that tune

Well, the title was already hidden in one of the clues. Maybe I should just hand it over and be more correct in my song once I might give it another try. Fred, do not give up! I also looked up the lyrics, and in this case unlike many other times here, I actually know the singer! I have also...

Wolfie, I have three points: 1 Sorry Wolfie, the original quote was a response to you, but I quoted it yesterday as a general post, not specific to you. 2 I am okay with crosswords but do no understand anagrams at all. C Maybe the original clue would have been clearer as " How about the fact th...
