just had another go and a half.... moved it up to 170 odd and the foot plate up a notch, and it must have worked a bit cos i managed to scrape 2m so up to 352m (41spm). wasnt that happy as i virtually stopped with 2 secs to go i was that dead! dropped the df to 160 and had another go but had to stop...

read all the books and dont think the others were anywhere near as good as the first really, which i thought was brilliant. film was pretty good but think it could have been even better with a bit more of the violence etc left in.. twighlight - worst series of films ever made, but the missus insists...

forgot how hard rowing is.. but its obv bloody good at getting you fit so im gonna stick at it (till the rower breaks again anyway!).

hey everyone, not posted for probably over a year as the rower in our work gym has been broken for that long!! well they finally managed to fix it so ive got back on the erg again... its a lot harder than i remember! i think ive been on it 7 times since coming back and ive been sick 3 times lol!!!! ...

dont worry guys i am still alive!! hahaha! hurt my calf playing footy last week and was able to do weights and get on the cross trainer but could feel it on the erg.

back on it tonight!

quality paces being set by you two!!!! and a big come on England for sunday!!! todays session: 2x15min ut1 15:00 3853 1:56.7 23 4min rec then: 15:00 3897 1:55.4 23 best pace iv done for ut1 stuff and felt pretty strong on both reps. thats my sessions for the week, next week is the last of the ut2/ut...
