Managed a very poor 6041. And just to let you know Margaret H is my 85 yr old Mum who registered her first CTC for a long time this month.
Previously was under the name of Michelle's Mum! I cannot remember how long ago it was.
Anyway she started rowing and using an indoor bike to aid her recovery ...

Quite pleased with 1:59.5 502m it was after I'd already done 30 minutes and I've not been rowing much recently.....hopefully can find another 40-50 metres
