Re: fantasy football 2013/14 season
I am in!
Not much rowing these days but a lot of cycling
This is a group of old Uni friends at the end of our annual meet
Previously a cycling pub crawl - this year the Way of the Roses
180 miles in 3 days from Morecambe to Bridlington - top ride!

Re: Football thoughts
Thanks Graham
Doing a lot of cycling now rather than rowing
Came second at work at Fantasy but it went down to Bales goal,
Saints did well - biggest football game of the season tomorrow
Palace v Watford - Just 130 million on the outcome
Away to Man Utd or Yeovil !!

Very pleased for you and City
Thought you had blown it a few weeks ago and indeed with 10 minutes to go
Now the difficult choice: Bayern or Chelsea
I have to say I want to see Spurs in the Champions League otherwise a great squad will break up
Cheers

Kind comments all
Fantasy League was big at work and it consumed a bit too much time.

Iain Probably nearer hard distance than steady distance but I am just re-establishing the various levels and the splits are coming down quickly as they do when you start or restart. At my peak sprint pyramid 1.53.0 - 10K PB 2.02.8 I am not slavishly following the plan but find the mix of sessions us...

Kind words Christine - you will be ahead of me for a long while yet. It took a lot of work to get my times and I suspect it will take months and months of dedicated effort (and some serious weight loss) to get there again Today 10K 45.26.6 - nicely negatively split and a "comeback" best Fe...
