My final training session before the big day this evening... just 11K, though rather faster than the gentle 10K I intended to do (5K @ 1:53, 5K @ 1:54, 1K @ 1:58 cool down).

Feeling in good shape, but I definitely need to go off at a sensible slow pace on Saturday, or I'll regret it later on.

I voted for 72 hours as well. It's a decent number, allows us to do 1MM+, and it gives us a challenging target as we've done it before!
