Re: April CTC - The Baker's Dozen

Phew, glad that's done. Slight headache now.
3685 @ 1:45.8. which is excessively below 2k ave from last month.
However, I'm tall and heavy, which gives me an advantage. So my lack of cardio fitness is not as much as a factor as last month.

Didn’t see you post until just now Plummy.
Lying in bed this morning I had a flash of inspiration at 06:46 and “Drop the Pilot” finally came to me! I said it was driving me mad 😊
Happy to put the next one up, good luck with the op Dave.

Re: Tell us about your Holiday plans

I have a solo trip starting Wednesday, a present to myself in my 60th year. My other passion is golf, and for some reason I've long had a romantic notion of playing the best courses Australia has to offer. I'm joining an organised internet group of 16 from the US, Canada and the UK to pay in Melbour...

Re: Free Spirits CTC Participation and Leaderboard

I hope everyone survived a few days of gluttony with family and friends. Having registered to attend Wrich in Prague in person I'm focused entirely on the training plan.
