Re: FS Sweat protection option

I am having problems trying to send you a PM. :? I have tried writing both Steve Smith and then Wolfmiester in the ‘ Add Recipients Box ‘ but when I click on the submit box, a red message keeps coming, The requested users to be added do not exist I very rarely send PMs, so I'm not sure why things a...

Re: FS Sweat protection option

If you are not sure where give a small donation - I’d appreciate a small gift to Doctors Without Borders. Boris Ah ha, cheers...

Re: Free Spirits CTC Participation and Leaderboard

I had completely forgotten about this last month. Now I have processed the May scores. Quite a lot of re-entry's. And Clare Burrell's 100th according to the list, Roger Burrell's 125th as well as Liefcat's 150th. ^O^ Congratulations to Clare, Roger and Eric for their milestones =D> ^O^ =D> ^O^ =D>

Enjoy Mike.
Tahoe as in 'Lake Tahoe' ?
Surely one of the most beautiful spots in the world, although I'd struggle to call it a city if its the same place :D
Not quite a 1st class trip to Italy, but I'm sure it will be fab.

Re: Training to lower heart rate

Hi Jon, Just noticed your query ... Not surprisingly you are spot on with regard to the training solution, longer rows in the lower categories. I found this year that rowing in front of the tv helps for that! In terms of articles, I have no idea I'm afraid. But in terms of a plan, the Marathon plan ...

Re: Name that tune

Thin Lizzy were brilliant live, mostly because of front man Phil. My first proper rock gig really, so good we checked if there were any spare tickets for the next night and went again! Rosalie was a highlight. I'll get my thinking cap on for the next song ... PS. The Luminaries is quite good. A bit ...

Re: June CTC

My wife (Linzi) has taken to some morning exercise. Generally its the treadmill, but sometimes the erg. Always in front of catch up TV and will never be quick. This was part of an hr piece and I just took the ave time to fill a seat. I've been very lacking in motivation this month, after 244k in May...

Re: Tell us about your Holiday plans

hi Paul, we (Linzi and I) are/were due in Portugal too next month, albeit Lisbon and not down South near you. We had a lovely hotel and a special bday meal in one of Lisbon's best restaurants booked. I say had, because we have cancelled. There are way too many unknowns and for the time being are sta...
