Very good Fred, fine form for you. Long may it continue.
I've not got much else to do, apart from long work days, so I may have another attempt :-k

Re: Covid-19

Good idea Jon, and you are always welcome here Paul (as long as you promise never to mention pension funds again!!). I've worked from home for years, so no change there for me. If anyone needs any tips on how to deal with it (it can be very strange at first) here a couple of biggies ... 1 - try and ...

Re: Tell us about your Holiday plans

Any skiers out there? (Alpine). A bit of a 'boast', but I'm highly chuffed with myself at 55 and a bit, so please forgive me. Managed to ski down "The Swiss Wall" without a) breaking anything and b) without falling over even. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wK2U0Hg2YHAhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

Re: Indoor Rowers League 2019/2020

Very sorry for not posting a 2k in Feb gang
I meant to, just didn't.

So, feeling strongish today, I went for a sub 39 10k (after seeing Plummy's prompter).
Pleased to say it all went well.
1:56.6 all the way, R23
38:56.3

That felt good, so very impressed with Fred's quicker score =D>

Re: March ctc - 4x4'/4'r

First rep went well so I decided to sharpen things up a bit in the following reps. This is 2k+1.5 for me, compared to my latest 2k for the February IRL challenge. Does that mean I have to do the 2k again because they seem a bit soft now?  Only if you "want" to. But given 4x1k in PP is ...

Re: March ctc - 4x4'/4'r

Sorry Jon, but there is no way this is 1k +2s !! I thought 2k +3 might do it (given the results from Jan 17). So I aimed for 1:48. This is how it went. 1 - 1115 / 1:47.6 2 - 1113 / 1:47.8 realised at this point I'd need to slow down 3 - 1081 / 1:51.0 small 'rest after 3 min 4 - 1109 / 1:48.2 ...

So close!
I remember trying this once or twice and despite considering myself pretty good at pacing could not get anywhere near accurate.
