Dan Burpee's new Row Pro extractor

Post by Huw Thomas »

For those of us that use Row Pro and wear a HR monitor regularly, Dan has now produced a new extractor Excel spreadsheet

You can get the RP split extractor here at the bottom of his signature file : http://concept2.co.uk/forum/memberlist. ... ile&u=8181

It will now produce a graph with Ut2 -> AN bands which you can copy and paste into your blog if you so wish.

Make sure you have your Min/max HR saved in "Larry's" tab and then the graph magically appears when you import data from a RowPRO export csv file (provided you have saved the stroke data).

You can alter the UT1,ut2 etc %HRR bands if you don't like the default ones

I will still use the FBA graphs cause they smooth the HR data and remove artefact but Dan's Spreadsheet is lovely.
It will still do all the old stuff like give you any splits you want without having to program

Have fun (example below)
