Thomas,

Have you ever seen a 'like' style button that is well developed for phpBB? I'm sure it would be popular amongst the Freespirits to show appreciation for a post without having to create a stream of responses to a topic.

Nice idea, but only if it doesn't involve Thomas in a whole load of additional work. He already does a huge amount of programming work for us and he's not even rowing that much these days!

Agreed Paul, I just wondered whether there was some kind of plug-in (or however it works) that could be used.

FWIW I do hardly any coding now, in life or on this site.

I looked at "Like" buttons a while ago but there was no plug in. I try to avoid plugins now because they cause problems on upgrades. Saying that, if you find a mature plugin that does that, tell me and I'll take a look.
