Re: Lifetime Millionaires Club
Well and quickly done, Tako!
In the name of slow process, I submit my 7,000,000 gold star request, if you would be so kind Mr. Plumb. I stopped on the mark a few weeks ago... Even snapped a photo but have had trouble posting images.

Congratulations Barbara!
Tako, I calculate that 2 million meters took you 116 hours, 40 minutes at 1:45 pace!
Good, and I know, quick job.

Re: Lifetime Millionaires Club
Stirling work Barbara and Tako.
Tako - 2,000,000 x
Barbara 7,000,000 x - Barbara, it's better to have arrived than not at all.
Many millions of to those of you who I have missed recently.
I'll probably be in trouble for breaking into rhyme on the wrong thread but this is a short anthem for everyone.
Go Spirits, go Spirits, go, go, go
It doesn't really matter if you're fast or slow
You'll get there
With or without hair*
So row Spirits, row Spirits, row, row, row
* Back in March, there was a reference to rabbits, fur and hair ... or lack of.
PS - I'm still in deep trouble with MB. - so, Ssshhh ... 134,575m away from 9,000,000 lifetime metres and planning to motor on until I reach 10,000,000 a lovely round number and it will give me plenty of time to claim a Hat Trick of Pink Flamingoes. I do hope that Plummy has been feeding them enough shrimp.
Seriously, I told Jan and Sheena when we met at Madchester, that after quite a few re-writes, episode 23 of The Pink Star Heist just needing a bit more tweaking, before going to press, which was true. Since then, after the latest acts of barbarism carried out by members of our species and other occurances, it hasn't seem right somehow to indulge in a lot of silliness. I'll get there.

I've worked out that at my present rate of progress, I'll reach my next million in May 2025. I hope you haven't run out of gold stars by then Plummy as I plan to land exactly on the mark.

Ahh, here is where I should have mentioned my 5 million metres for the season. Have you any gold stars left plummy?
I see there are pressies from C2 also, a jumper and a pin or something.

Re: Lifetime Millionaires Club
Another one ticked off and this one felt significant. No idea really why but I sometimes thought I'd never make 33 million
I also managed a new season's best for 30 minutes in tonight's session (tiny one from 7484m to 7516m for 30 mins) so a bit of a double celebration
