It's hurting... but is it working?

Hamstring niggle seemed to have gone away, so repeated the 5 x 4000m from last Wednesday. More consistent splits, but I found it tougher going this time (and took longer breaks, probably about 6 minutes average).

Maybe the after effects of Tuesday's row, even though it didn't seem too bad at the time. Might have been a little low on carbs as well: not very carb-oriented dinner last night, no breakfast this morning, and only a smoked salmon and cream cheese baguette and a little chunk of fruit cake for lunch.

About 25 seconds slower than last week (only 0.6s on the split). Still sub-76 minutes, which is the benchmark at the moment, and a bit quicker than the original idea of 1:55s. Definitely felt this afterwards though, and dodgy knee still aching a bit now.
